Biisi kertoo kaverista, jota elämä ei ole hellinyt. Hän asui slummissa, isä oli työtön ja väkivaltainen. Tätä kaikkea hän pakenee huumeiden tuomaan hyvään oloon.

Tyttö yrittää auttaa poikakaveriaan irti aineista. Kaveri haluaisi ja yrittääkin, mutta ei onnistu. Nikki Sixxillä on tämänkaltaisista tilanteista riittävästi omakohtaisia kokemuksia, että kykenee kirjoittamaan pirun hyvin.

Huumeet eivät suinkaan ole tässä biisissä keskiössä, mutta kaveri pyrkii pysymään erossa jostain pahasta, mutta palaa siihen kuitenkin. Mitä tämä paha on ei suoraan kerrota… joidenkin mielestä kyseessä olisi huumeet.
